Payments & refunds.
This policy governs payments for Goa Jazz Academy courses, programmes, events and services through authorised gateways including Razorpay.
Payments
Securely processed.
Payments are processed through Razorpay or another authorised gateway. Displayed prices are final unless stated otherwise and may change without prior notice. All purchases are final: refunds, returns and exchanges are not offered after a payment is successfully processed. International payments are non-refundable once processed.
Limited exception
When a refund applies.
A refund is issued only when payment has been deducted but the service is not delivered because of an error solely attributable to Goa Jazz Academy. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to Razorpay and bank timelines.
