GJA does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits. Users receive a limited, revocable and non-transferable licence for personal use only. Content may not be reproduced, resold, reverse engineered or misused. Intellectual property remains with GJA or its licensors.

Third-party links, platforms and services—including Razorpay—operate under their own terms and policies. GJA is not responsible for their content, availability or practices. GJA may suspend access for violations. Disputes are governed by the laws of India and resolved through binding arbitration.
